By extracting peat from our own sustainable bogs, we can control the impact we have on the land. By leaving flooded areas for wildlife, bog moss, we allow the ecosystems to regenerate.
Built with Purpose
As well as our peat preservation and habitat management plans, our facility is purpose-built to meet the latest environmental requirements. Not only is it is powered by solar energy, it also uses a biomass burner to produce a more sustainable heating source. This allows us to maintain a consistent quality of product throughout all four seasons and climate conditions.
